The University of Oregon’s Biology Department invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor of Marine Biology.  We seek a new colleague to join the resident faculty at the Oregon Institute of Marine Biology (OIMB), the UO’s marine field station on the Oregon Coast.  Top priority will be given to applicants whose research addresses climate adaptation in the marine realm, at any level of biological organization from ecosystem or population dynamics, through physiology or reproduction and development.  In addition to establishing a research program, we expect the successful candidate to engage fully with our teaching, mentorship, and outreach missions as well as embracing the imperative to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the academy.  Full details and application instructions at https://careers.uoregon.edu/cw/en-us/job/533968; inquiries about the search can be sent to Judi McDonald (judimac@uoregon.edu).
